About the female Palestinian captives, the human rights organization affirmed that 36 Palestinian female captives are in the Israeli occupation prisons who are living in a very harsh conditions.
From this total, 27 are from the West bank, 4 are from Al Kudus, 4 are from the occupied land in 1948 and one female captive is from Gaza Strip.
As for captives who are mothers, there are five of them with their children in the Israeli prisons.
 Their sentences vary between, 3, 13 years and life in prison.
 The ones with sentences of life in prison are the following: Irlina Poly Sarahnah - two daughters, Ibtisam Abdul – Hafiz – six children, Cahirah Saeed Assaadi – 4 children, Aiman Mohammad Ghazzawi - two children and Latifa Mohammad Abu – Draa – 7 children. As for the captives of minors, the organization mentioned that there are 250 Palestinian captives of them. All have age of less than 18 year
s. These minors are facing the same violation that seniors face, of torture, unfair judgments, miss treatment, non humanitarian violation of basic rights
. The 1948 Arab captives, the organization talked about facts that the occupation Israeli forces discriminate then in treatments, while the are considered Israeli citizens. .
They are not treated the same as the Jews prisoners.
The Israeli government refuses putting their names in any list of the prisoners list exchange
. They are 109 captives in many prisons. Sami Younis, 78 years of age, is considered their chief. He has been in captivity for 27 years no
w. For the captives rights violations, the report highlighted the issue of forming an official ministerial Israeli commission, which is considered the most dangerous thing the last year witnessed.
The commission’s goal is to study and evaluate the Palestinian captives’ conditions. It is meant to get harsher with them.
It took many decisions and unfair procedures.
Things reached a degree of the worst condition ever for the captives.
That is true, while there are more than one thousand Palestinian ill captives in the Israeli prisons, who need medical treatment.
That is besides 1500 Palestinian captives who are not allowed to receive their relatives’ visit. Some of them, 775 captives are from Gaza Strip that were not allowed any visits since the start of the blockade, in 2006.
 The same conditions are true for those of the West bank, since they are not allowed visit of their families without being told the reasons for the except the security measures by the occupation authorities.
