These days, the Ministerial Israeli Commission for Legislations is studying a new racial act presented by the radical right “Israel is our home” party to amend the text of the oath which the Israeli Knesset new members say. It is to be a requirement of all Knesset members vow to be loyal to the idea of Israel being a Jewish state.
Why and what is the purpose of this suggestion? In an analytical view behind the news, we find out that who presented the mentioned act ( Act of Amending the Text of The Oath ) so as to affirm Israel as an exclusive state for Jews.
The act is presented by a radical right party:-
First: The party claims that this law aims to solve the crisis of Israel identity, which is like a time bomb that threats the Hebrew state.
That state which was established and grew in a deformed way.
It social tissue is inharmonic inhomogeneous one.
The human societies are made through developments in demographic, social, historical, geographic, civilization and educational factors.
The people are a group of persons who lives in one distinct geographical with specific landmarks region for along time.
They usually inherit sawyings culture, habits and traditions. After some time such people would have a common history, destination, past, present and future.
Where is that in the Israeli dough which can not be described with any thing but the term of gathering some pieces.
It is not right to give a little or surname to those groups of Jews that came from the West and the East nor call them a people. What kind of a people that does not have a common language, history, civilization, habits nor common sawyings?
The Israeli society is made of:-
1- the racial aspect: a.
The legal native population ( 1948 Arabs ).
They are the Palestinians who did not leave their land.
They remained in their home during the establishment of Israel in 1948. When Israel is established by military force and the Zionist colonization sat on Palestine, with the American recognition, it occupied the Arabic land, those Arabs became a part of the Israeli society.
They became citizens within the Israeli state, but citizens of the third class.
They do not have the same rights that the Jews citizens enjoy. b.
A group of inharmonic Jewish settlers who immigrated to Palestine from all over the world. c.
The Jews who were born in Palestine whose nick name is Saberah.
Those do not know any country but Palestine as their nation.
They are the sons of the Jews immigrants who settled in Palestine.
This generation is the most believing that Israel is its his home land for ever since they were born there. They never seen another alternative home land.
