Besides all what was said in the first part, there is the American administration and the world society inability to force Israel to apply the just and exclusive peace requirements over all the Arabic paths.
Because of such reasons, it is a must that the Palestinian and Arab leaderships adopt a strong courageous decision that put all the responsibility of the failure of talks and impossibility of establishing an independent Palestine state over Israel.
That leadership must also adopt a strategic Palestinian Arabic policy to settle the Zionist Arabic struggle.
Such policy has to based upon the idea of establishing one state over the total historical land of Palestine, in which the ten million Arabic Palestinians live in along with who ever would like to stay from the Israelis.
All should live in peace and security.
The start of the Palestinian side to adopt the option of one democratic state over the whole Palestinian historical land requires the review of the Arabic Palestinian political strategies.
One of such strategies the Arabic peace initiative, to officially adopt this option. Besides that, there must be the requirement of the Israeli Zionist occupation from the Golan Plateau and the Lebanese soils, so that the line of June the 4th. Of 1967 will be maintained which would marked and recognized internationally.
That way the Zionist entity will be forced to accept this solution, as a politically possible one to solve the Israeli Arabic conflict.
It is a real and practical solution.
The establishment of one democratic state over all the Palestinian historical land is the only solution that guarantees the minimum limit of the Palestinian Arabic rights.
In the shadow of the current historical conditions, where all political steps could not satisfy, from accords of Madrid to Oslo and the road map, passing by Annapolis, any practical process.
