Dunia Al – Watan newspaper has published a letter from an Arab citizen directed to the publisher of Isratine Book, Muammar Al – Gaddafi. He started the letter affirming that as time went by and the Palestinian issue became older, more and more facts are being prevailed to confirm that the only solution that can be …
and stability is the i8dea of “ Isratine “, that was introduced by the leader Muammar Al – Gaddafi, some years ago.
The letter writer said that he was not complimenting Colonel Gaddafi, when I say that this brilliant idea is an unmistakable indication of genius of Al - Gaddafi and his national devotion.
The citizen went on writing his letter by saying: The Palestinian issue and the Arab Israeli struggle since it started about sixty years ago, is getting bigger and far from its solution, until it reaches the current stage.
This stage started by Oslo agreement. It seems that Palestinians and Israelis are going around themselves getting far from the core of the issue in their talks and they search for secondary issues, that have no value.
They do so to satisfy themselves and feel they are producing successes while they get only nonsense. It seems that the two parts and their aids have locked themselves behind the political and moral thing doors, which would reach the starting point and end up the going around situation they put themselves in. Islatine idea is a great huge one.
It needs great huge offers to push it towards application. It is not just put it in the media . it needs a great strong leader that gets it from all sides.
He must have a strategic long term views. We can not find a leader of such caliber that is more able than Colonel Muammar Al – Gaddafi, who had the initiative of the idea.
This idea was mentioned by many political leaders, after Gaddafi had suggested it, some of which are Yassir Arafat, may God accept him at His mercy. But non of them exerted the needed offers.
They did not have the insisting attitude, so that they abandoned the idea very easily, soon as the Israeli government refused it, both of the Labor and Likud parties.
So did many Palestinian leaders, but fortunately, colonel Gaddafi stayed holding to the idea, at the theory at least. He is still from now to then remind us with the Israline.
